Other icons indicate healthier options and foods for performance
The Healthier Habits icon identifies meals that contain less than 700 calories, less than 10% calories from saturated fat, no trans fat and less than 800 mg sodium. Entrees contain less than 600 calories, less than 10% calories from saturated fat, no trans fat and sides contain less than 250 calories, less than 10% calories from saturated fat and no trans fat. Entrees and sides also contain a lower amount of sodium to support consuming less than 2300 mg per day.
Well$pent is another icon that identifies healthier options but only includes foods which are $5 or less.
The Eat Like a CHAMPTM icon indicates all 5 letters are represented in the food choice to aid in performance.
