Culinary Workshop - Stir-Fry

Join Senior Executive Chef Michael Omo and Registered Dietitian Christine Carlson for our Stir-Fry workshop!  Learn about different types of stir-fry dishes and nutrition benefits of ingredients.  Stir-fry is a great way to use what you have on hand and cook nutritious tasty dishes on a budget.  Workshops are limited to the first 25 attendees.
