After the Spring 2016 semester wrapped up, I got the opportunity to present at the Partnership for a Healthier America Summit. I talked about how we are making food nutrient dense and was able to highlight our Nrich Philosophy. Other universities including UW-Madison, UCLA, NC State, Georgia Tech, and University of New Hampshire. Informational sessions included incorporating more fruits and vegetables, impulse buying, and food trends & forecasts.
The Summit had a great line-up of speakers including First Lady Michelle Obama, New York Giants Wide Receiver Victor Cruz, Biggest Loser Fitness Trainer Bob Harper, President of the American Public Health Association Dr. Camara Phyllis Jones, Dannon CEO Mariano Lozano, Surgeon General of the United States Dr. Vivek Murthy, and Olympic Champion & TV Host Summer Sanders.
