Healthier Campus Week - Cooking with Yogurt

The Partnership for a Healthier America's Healthier Campus Week was kicked off on Tuesday, September 20th when the Student Union hosted a Cooking with Yogurt Class at Campus Recreation's Outdoor Adventures Kitchen.  

The class was sponsored by Dannon Yogurt and T-Fal Cookware and instructed by Senior Executive Chef Omo and Registered Dietitian Christine Carlson.  Benefits of yogurt and how to incorporate yogurt when cooking was demonstrated.  Participants watched Chef Omo prepare a Greek Yogurt Dip, Yogurt Soaked Muesli & Fruit, and more.

Participants were able to taste recipes and received a free sauce pan from T-Fal.
